Quality Control Builders, Inc. is a locally owned and operated state certified general contracting firm, incorporated in the State of Florida in 1994.
The president of the company, Jose Ortega, is originally from Miami, Florida, relocated to Estero, Florida in 1990. He has been working in the construction field since the early 1980’s with a family owned and business until he was recruited by Charleston Development Company to become Project Manager at the Vines Golf and Country Club in Fort Myers, Florida.
The corporate philosophy is simple, “Quality people providing quality service”. Being a service business, we firmly believe that customers come first. The corporate structure is set up whereby the owners of the company are personally involved in the progress of each and every job from start to finish. Attention to quality control standards are intentionally set high to give us a competitive market.
